Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions regarding treatments, have specific scheduling requests or comments. We will try to accommodate you. We also offer evening hours by individual requests. If we miss your call, leave us a message and we will return your call in order in which it was received. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in our day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require a minimum 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 to the card on file. To cancel or reschedule your appointment you can do so online, from your portal, by calling the office 207-303-0008 or email [email protected].

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Return Policy
Please note that pre-purchased packages are non-refundable. Skin care products can be returned within 7 days of purchase with the proof of purchase and only if you experienced a true reaction. Please inform us if this happens. In any other circumstance, skin care products are non-refundable.
